Job Summary

Softvence Agency is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed layouts, and transforming ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design principles such as space planning, color coordination, materials, and modern design trends. The role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite to create technical drawings, 3D models, and professional presentations.

The Architect / Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, present design ideas, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and within deadlines. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidates with a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field are preferred. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios demonstrating creative and technical capabilities are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, layouts, and technical documentation.
Create 3D models and visualizations using industry-standard design software to present design ideas effectively.
Perform space planning and ensure optimal functionality, aesthetics, and usability of interior spaces.
Select appropriate materials, colors, lighting, furniture, and finishes according to project requirements.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Prepare and deliver professional design presentations and explain concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Review project specifications and ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure design accuracy and proper project execution.
Revise designs based on client feedback, project requirements, and practical considerations.
Maintain proper documentation of design files, drawings, and project-related materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Architect, Interior Designer, or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed or conceptual projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant architectural or interior design tools.
Strong understanding of interior design principles including space planning, color theory, materials, lighting, and furniture layout.
Ability to create and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed design concepts.
Good communication and presentation skills to effectively explain design ideas to clients and team members.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and design accuracy.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
